Just the default Paint Tool SAI Noise brush I vary the settings depending on what I'm doing. Sometimes I use it for blending, so I put the blending and dilution and persistence high. Usually when I'm doing lineart, those settings are ten or less. I use other brushes and stuff for blending, but not used in this pic C:
