Trying out a new brush produced a neat shadowing effect on those mountains. But I think the textured look might clash too much with my usual crisp, cell-shaded style if I had characters on the screen. What do you think?

I'll try to have something more interesting and more pony next time. A note to my watchers: My output will be slow for a while ( ~the next year and a half or so). But don't worry! I don't want my dA account to go completely inactive, so I'll make it a goal to upload something at least once a month.
