Or would she? Much bigger crimes have been forgiven in name of greater good, which is without a doubt why Judy did them.
1. Did she ever destroy any evidence? All she had was a recording of some fox talking about something, without any hard numbers or information about who it was. It's also not seen if she destroyed it or not.
3. Nick could've gone his own ways at multiple points, it was more Nick's choice to tag along.
4. Again, was there any hard evidence on this? Nick only claimed to have done this and that, which would also fit with his con-artist nature.
5. What info? Was Mr Big charged with anything?

Seems that every fan pic/comic has Judy's younger sibs absolutely adore Nick...it almost seems to be fan cannon now. I hope that's what we'll see here.
It'd be amusing if Gideon makes an appearance and not only have he and Judy patched up their relationship, he now acts like an overprotective big brother to her-- questioning and vetting Nick about his background and his interest in Judy. So much so that even Judy's parents have to tell Gideon to cool it with the interrogation
