Hah, yea - there are actually quite a lot of flags having the red-white-blue colors, like most prominently the USA and Russia, lol. France has them, the Netherlands - there are actually so many that I know out of memory! ^^
The Chilean flag is btw almost 1:1 the same with the Texan one!
But all in all these colors are very prominently used within the eastern European region as well it seems.
