I like the girl's expression, it's nice and subtle and fits in very well with the pokemon's character. The color scheme is very cohesive and pleasing to the eye. The thin white outline surrounding her makes her really stand out from the background. Her hand is drawn very nicely, along with the wrinkles on her sweater. A lot of artists struggle with these, so it's cool that they are done so well.
One critique I have is that her eyes are slightly unaligned/asymmetrical, but it isn't very noticeable at all. One other suggestion I have is to maybe increase the contrast between Sobble and her sweater because from a distance they almost merge together. Finally, I noticed that her hair tie seems very loose, almost as if it's not really holding her ponytail together. I would also recommend maybe rendering the collar of her shirt more, as it looks slightly unfinished compared to everything else. All of these are just nitpicks, though, so they're mostly my personal opinion.
Overall, it's very solid. I love the shading you did on her hair and how the eyebrows show slightly through the bangs. I also like how you did her skin. It's very warm and is blended very well.

I wanted to add that I second the opinion about the eye, it seems like it's a bit too far right.
Apart from that, very nice artwork. Love the colorscheme, and the fading on the hair to give the piece some DOF and a dreamy look.

The colors go so well together! The shading and texture is on point <3
I only have one constructive criticism that I could give: the hairband/ribbon looks a little like its just floating on top, rather than keeping the hair together.
Besides that, everything seems to be perfect <3 (In my opinion)

The drawing is very well done and the colors match the mood perfectly. The look of hopelessness on the girl's face is just heartbreaking and so realistic! The critter on the girl's shoulder is adorable and well done. What's the critter anyways looks like a cute fish type creature. The hair is very lifelike and so are the characters. You did an excellent job making sure they don't look plastic. The clothing looks real and the limbs are to the proportion which can be very hard to accomplish. Overall a very amazing piece of artwork. Keep on drawing!

This girl seems to be crying/sobbing (just look at her eyes!) and her Sobble unfortunately can do nothing to console her because it also has teary eyes! How sad! I hope Sobble's final evolution makes up for all this sadness.
