Description
The Todoroki Estate had been cold and dark for so long. When Enji thought about it, it had been cold even before his father had died. However, he distinctly remembered feeling that particular darkness after the death. His parents had never been home, one a hero and one a model, both traveling the world doing their best in their careers, leaving their young son alone in the cold, echoing, shadowy estate.

Even after his marriage to Rei and then the birth of their children nothing felt warm in those halls. Then Toya died and everything was dark again.

The irony never left Enji. His Hellflames, no matter how hot or bright, could warm or light that place.

It took something far softer to make the Todoroki Estate into a warm, safe, brilliant home.

Tsuyomi.

With her there was laughter bouncing off the walls. There was joy and playfulness, banter and flirtations. There was heat in all it's wonderful hues: warmth, love, and desire.

Tsuyomi made this place a home and Enji was so grateful to have been worthy of her love, of her second chance. He would hold on to Tsuyomi with all his might and never let go.

Finally the house was warm and the future was bright.
