Joe's Girlfriend, Silvia, is captured by the mystery bad guy, who reaches out of the movie screen and pulls her right in, and Joe goes in after her. In the end we find out that Captain Blue is the one behind it all, and that he is actually Silvia's father. After being defeated at the hands of Joe...he returns to his pure hearted self, and Silvia decides that she wants to become a superhero just like Joe and her Father.
You also can gain the option to play as Silvia and rescue her....let's just say "Frisky"...twin sister Goldie from the same fate she suffered. Silvia's mother looks exactly like her too... but she has brown hair, and sunglasses...Wow, Captain Blue sure is lucky.
I didn't draw her in her Super Hero form.... call it a lack of reference. And anyways, I think she's adorable without that goofy costume.
