In MOTHER 3, Part of Porky's plan is to make life on the Nowhere islands a little less boring. He starts by changing the animals because he thinks "they suck" ...so his team of scientists, which include Dr. Andonuts from EarthBound, create chimeras by fusing, and reconstructing animals. The chimeras end up attacking citizens of Tazmily when they go out into the Forrest.

But not all the Chimeras are bad. Dr. Andonuts created these 3...( technically 4...) to be good obedient chimeras. Each one has a similar function... ok so Dry Guy works nothing like the other two... but the tall red and yellow one... well he's a totally boring pump chimera. Only really useful if you want to move large amounts of water from one place to another in a short time. Not really worth your time.
