The vision of this picture is quite poor, I'll point some mistakes out:
Eyes are WAY too close together
The chest is too high up, it needs to be lowered a little
Background is too dull
the person who made higurashi owns Rena so 3 stars for orig.
I didn't really like the technique you used because it seems so pixelly, and like it didn't take a lot of time or effort to make this picture.
Therefore, the Impact is poor.
Also, the left shoulder is smaller and the right shoulder is much bigger
This is entirely my opinion of this picture.

She looks very sweet ^^ But the lineart isn't very smooth. Did you use computer mouse to draw it?
