First time trying to draw something with a base ; v;~ (it definetly takes less time ; v; )

Just flat coloured but I was able to create his other outfit = u=

A bit of backstory:
- I orignally drew Ji hoon when I was REALLY little. I think it was about age 3
- I definetly sucked at drawing and he was more anthro like back then XD
- I found my preschool drawing of him (honestly it's so bad) you can't tell what he was suppose to look like but I remembered the idea
- he originally had a collar and many chains as he was more of a pet
- I redesigned him to be more to my taste now
- I left chains on his normal outfit (left) but definitely not as many (giving him more freedom X'D)
- The second outfit is more like his original and is his ceremonial suit
- I like both but he definitely prefers black and thinks the cape is annoying X'D Though he will wear it depending on the occassion
- He tends to favor using different weapons depending on the outfit but always carry's both (not shown in ref)
- he weilds both a gun and sword though you don't often see him using both at once (maybe I'll make a weapon ref one day lol)
- I blame it on my lengthy history with him but he's definetly my favourite oc > u< especially to draw (though the others are very dear to me too :3)
