I don't know about Polymer Clay, here in Germany it's called "Fimo" and you can buy it in art stores.
It's very common and nothing exclusive, so I think Polymer Clay is the same ^^

Oh, alright. i'll have to keep an eye out for it when i go to the art store next time. i'm going to a newly opened one sometime soon, so i'll look for it then!

Any art store should have either fimo or sculpey, and a lot of them have both.

Even WalMart has some of the more basic colors, a good sized pack for $10. It's worth it =]
