It's a garage kit I painted, but I'm not familiar with the character, just liked the design

It is from the Manga "Blame!" by T. Nihei.
In the last Part of the Manga Pcell appears as a major Antagonist.
The Manga belongs to the Cyberpunk (or Biopunk) Genre, and I would higly recommend it.

I was not expecting to see Blame! characters here. Deviantart seems to not even know that manga exists.

I have to admit I didn't read/watch Blame! (But at least I've seen stuff from it before xD) Just liked the way that kit was sculpted ^^
