Wandering around in a pair of girly, frilly, cutesy panties and a bra with one bra strap falling down her shoulder (so that it seems embarrassing and vulnerable) ....

She looks mindless, blushing, lost in a haze of deep confusion, with some kind of sleepy and groggy walking posture, like she has no idea who or where she is.

Mouth hanging a little bit open and softly moaning, possibly drooling."
