It also looks like Harrier's wearing Crocodile Hunter style shorts in that pic, I think he's a pompous git too. I dunno where people get the idea of him and Starling as a couple, Starling came across as someone who wouldn't be a fan of Harrier's and her "hair salon" comment proved it to be true.
