Commissioned by MajorMooch, it's Rem'shir, their dragonborn OC!
This piece was a good excuse to utilize more of CSP's various tools, including 3D models for posing and Shading Assist for highlights & shadows (with some adjustments).
Side note, Mooch commissioned me for this OC because they thought I'd like this body-type... they were right. XD
