Overview: Falkner is a nasty fellow. Once known for his cunningness and bravery, he is now known for the blood that has stained his paws. He is ruthless, powerful, and always knows how to get what he wants. He knows how to asses other's weaknesses and use them to his advantage. Most others never really have a good encounter with the brute, and for the most part, he'll give them a little something to remember him by.. He is hard to pass up and even harder to forget. He gives off an incredibly unsettling and creepy aura. Many avoid him, but for the most part he will seek others out for interaction. Tread carefully around this monstrous saber, with one wrong move, you may not return home. yes, the rumors, everything you hear about him are true. He is a beast, a nightmare from the stories you hear as a cub. He is what goes bump in the night. This saber is everything you fear, and so much more.

External Conflict(s): As he was exiled from the Twin Valley Pride, his main obstacle would be them in general, or any fellow who tries to stop him from achieving his dream.
External Motivation(s): His attack on The Twin Valley Pride was merely the beginning of his goals, he wants to eliminate all those unworthy of his presence, and shoots for a takeover of the pride.
Internal Conflict(s): He doubts himself quite a bit, and second guesses a lot of his actions. This is only brief hesitation, but hesitation nonetheless.
Internal Motivation(s): He believes he is the rightful leader of the pride, that he was cheated out of leadership by Dietrich.

Pre-Group: Falkner had every bit of potential to become king. He was born into a loving and proud family. At first, the cub had no interest in becoming anything but a valued member of a pride, as his family was a small band of wanderers. After reaching adulthood, the saber set out in search of a rumored pride in the area. Within a few days of searching, he soon found the pride. Proving himself a useful member of the pride, Falkner fit right in, for the time being, that is. He soon met the alpha at the time, Gundahar, who had fathered two other cubs, both of which were older than the new male. But Gundahar said he had seen potential in the male. From that day on, the male was determined to prove himself to the alpha. But with each passing day of training, something monstrous grew inside of the male, that would, in time, rear it's nasty head.

Dietrich was the firstborn of Gundahar. He was enormous, and quite the fighter as well, Falkner soon found out. He saw the son as his biggest opponent for the throne. However, Falkner still had much confidence in out-shining the male. As the years went on, the presence of human tribes became ever more prevalent. Both Falkner and Dietrich knew the pride was in danger, but Gundahar seemed to dismiss the threat. One day, Falkner had noticed the disappearance of both the alpha and his son. This day he grew suspicious and weary, as if he knew something bad was about to happen. He trained extra hard that day. That night, Dietrich returned home, without his father, and proclaimed himself alpha, as his father was much too weak to defend the pride, just as he was too weak to defend himself from the humans. Falkner knew in his hear that the son could have saved the king, but was too selfish to do so.

Anger grew within the male that night, he had been cheated out of his promised position by a son who was too cowardly to wait for his father's natural death, or too afraid the position would be snatched from him. At least, that's what Falkner had presumed. That same night, after all commotion had settled, the brute snuck out and lay waste to whatever his eyes could find. Come morning, many dens lay in ruins. Cubs and Adult sabers alike lay dead. And the only one with blood on his maw was Falkner himself. This set both an anger and fear among the pride. Immediately, Dietrich banished Falkner for his wrong doings. Before leaving the territory, the monster turned his head back to the new alpha, claiming he would return to take back what was rightfully his.
