It may not be October yet but the orange-cream Oreos and pumpkin-shaped Reese's Cups are back in stores so it might as well be, and I couldn't be happier. It didn't use to be like that, I remember a time not that long ago where they'd have all the Christmas stuff in the stores by October, which they still do, but I always found it unfair that Christmas would just completely preempt Halloween like that, like if you're gonna start Christmas early then at least start Halloween early, it's only fair. And I guess they listened because the past few years they've been doing that. Good, it's the one holiday we actually WANT to start early, it's about time. You ever notice that with the abundance of Groundhog Day-esque movies about reliving the same day over and over again until the protagonist learns a lesson, and with there being multiple of them that are Christmas movies, that nobody's made a Halloween one yet? It's because that would be awesome! The movie would have no conflict! Let that be an indication of which holiday kicks more ass
