I would be even the slightest amount more willing to accept the existence of Teen Titans Go and forgive Cartoon Network for spamming it to hell and back if they at least had enough spine to do an episode about this scenario. You know, for kids.Edit: The cartoon never gives official ages to the Teen Titans, and members of the Titans in the comics have been adults at certain points in the comic's history, despite the "Teen" in their team name. There is absolutely no reason that a person can't assume that Starfire and Raven are over the age of eighteen in the context of the cartoon.

Actually, the show never downright states that. None of the Titans are given exact canonical ages, not in the cartoon series at least. And the word "Teen" in their team name doesn't actually mean much considering that, throughout the team's long rich history in the comics, members above the age of eighteen have existed. So really, the fact that they're teens is more just something you as an audience member decided as part of your own personal interpretation, since there's no reason for it to not be possible for them to be eighteen in the context of the show.
