With a strong sense of justice and a desire to protect the innocent, Keldom embraced the teachings of the Jedi with enthusiasm. He became a dedicated padawan, being trained by a wise and experienced master. Keldom was notable for his skill with light lore and his deep connection to the Force, which made him advance quickly in his training. However, his journey as a Jedi in training was interrupted by an event that would change his life forever: the execution of Order 66. When Order 66 was issued, marking the beginning of the persecution of the Jedi by Imperial forces, Keldom was in the middle of a mission with his master on a distant planet. They were immediate targets of the clone troopers who once respected and supported them. With his master dead in the ensuing battle, Keldom barely escaped with his life, using his cunning and Force skills.
