Suspicious of something after waking up and not remembering what she did on a certain day as well as having a wooden mask by her side when she woke up, ninja Mai Shiranui tries to discover the mystery behind what she can't remember and she believes that the only way to discover the truth would be to use the mysterious mask that she noticed was next to her when she woke up back in her house while looking at herself in the mirror.
However, she might end up getting a lot more than just the truth about what she became that night with her friends and revert back to that green-faced maniac again...
