Update before Christmas!Well! what can I say? Jade loves pokemon after all she spent half of her childhood playing with lot of them but since that time where she got the injury on her shoulder she gets nervous each time she is close to a pokemon, sometimes she just runs away XD.
Her father (Tony) is a funny guy, I love this character, is not like Annie (mother) who is too overprotective and the rude one XD He is more the plyaful parent, even though he knows Annie doesn't trust him anymore since Jade got lost in the woods at 8 yo he always takes Jade to accompany him to watch over Oak's farm, thing that after years Jade found ways to avoid it running away to Elm's lab XD
What she does on Elm's lab can be many things, most of them are watching over Pokemon eggs. If she must choose, the best part of her job is where they hatch, that's the only moment where she can be close to a pokemon.
About wild pokemon, exist two types and I may explain it a lil' on the next page.

I wonder how she'll be able to to fight against gym leaders like that. This is be a tough but interesting journey.
The struggle is so real for not being able to understanding your own teammates. (and staying like 10 million yards away from them, lol)

Your pokemon style is super cute!
Some of the speech bubbles are a little confusing, I had a hard time in certain panels understanding who was talking based on where the speech bubble was pointing or when characters were missing from the panels.
Like the panel with prof. Elm and the charmander on his head, his second speach bubble probably would have been better having a tail from the first bubble, instead of another arrow pointing at him. Same with the panel where he's talking to his Feerow, Its better to have one arrow from a main bubble or end bubble, and then having it tail to the other bubbles. (If that makes sense)

You'll get use to it! Its goot o be mindful of having too much text, just research some comics you like and watch how they layout their speech bubbles. Its good to learn from the pros.

I really love the idea that everyone can talk to pokemon except her, it's the exact opposite of the "mainstream" (I would do it the same way tbh xD)
