This is Vilgax from the bad dimension. Despite being from the bad universe, he isn't bad he's actually a hero. Vilgax is a hero that goes from planet to planet defeating villains when he came across Ben Tennyson from Earth. Vilgax had lost against Ben before many times when Ben was a kid and once when Ben was a teen, since then he's gone into hiding, building a team and making a plan to stop Ben Tennyson once and for all and save the citizens of Earth. Vilgax's fellow companion Malware fell to the hands of Ben Tennyson and has been reduced to being Vilgax's new right arm. Vilgax can turn his right arm into a sword, a blaster and many other weapons.
