Description
A new look for Multiverse Blake, after I saw her haircut. I recently read about NetherRealm censoring their female characters, saying that you wouldn't wear a bikini to a battle. Ignoring the fact that half the males in Mortal Kombat wear less shirts than the cast of Twilight, armor is more suited to knights/samurai than ninjas, and Blake's fighting style is more based on ninjas anyway, so...yeah. Honestly, a full-body suit would get stuffy, which is why I went for Samus' fusion Zero Suit. The same goes for Blake, trying to go for something both attractive and practical. I don't want to make something like in that Catwoman movie...Ugh...Anyway, some backstory. Blake's past is relatively the same as canon, up until the Vytal Festival, which was put on hold after Beacon got dragged into the Realm of Darkness. Adam cut off Yang's arm, and then turned into a giant bull-Heartless, which Blake disposed of, ending Adam there. After everything was...sort of back to normal, Blake researched these Heartless and how to deal with them.

Ruby (sitting next to a comatose Yang): (sighs) Stable, as far as the doctors can tell, but between the blood loss and having the fact that she's not as invincible as she thought shoved into her face, not to mention from what you said, there's a good chance she thinks you're dead, I'm not sure when she'll wake up (places a hand on Blake's shoulder as she somberly takes the blonde brawler's remaining hand, gently caressing her knuckles) Hey, she's going to be fine: you know as well as I do that Yang is far too stubborn to die.
Blake: (gives a weak chuckle) Yeah, she really is...but I can't really complain: it's part of what drew me to her in the first place (sighs) Still, I can't help but feel like this is my fault somehow: I should've known that Adam would come back; that he'd...
Ruby: (sternly) That's enough (takes a deep breath) I know my sister: if she had to choose between keeping her arm and protecting you, she'd choose you...EVERY...TIME (shares a shocked looked as Yang seems to squeeze the hand of her partner that she was still holding in reassurance, despite continuing to remain in her coma; Ruby chuckles) Guess this means she knows your alive...though this is JUST like her: even comatose, she feels the need to be there for those she cares about...
Blake: (gives a tear filled smile) Yeah, that IS just like her (gives her partner a gentle kiss on the forehead)

Weiss (eyes widen as he views the scar, or rather the brand, that is over the bull faunus' eye): (inhales in shock) S...D...C...Schnee Dust Company...
Blake: (sighs) NOW you know why I was so apprehensive with you when we first met: for all his faults, Adam wasn't wrong about your family's crimes against the Faunus... (shakes her head) ...though ironically, in his quest for revenge against your family, he became the very monster your father made us out to be...
Weiss: (nods) ...and yet he wouldn't have become that monster without the man who created him (looks up with a stern expression) Jacques has a LOT to answer for when next I see him...
Ruby: (blinks) Did...did you just...?
Weiss: (gives a smile) Easy there, Ruby: I have no intention of turning my back on my family name: there might still be time to bring back the benevolent company my grandfather created... (sternly) ...but that man who married my mother might have helped bring me into the world, but he is NOT my father...and before you say anything, Blake, I've honesty been contemplating cutting ties with him for a while now: THIS is just the straw that broke the camel's back
Blake: (nods) Fair enough, though I heard through the grapevine that he's going to try and force you back to Atlas
Weiss: (shrugs) True: he claims to be worried about me, but I have no doubt that this is to sway the public; that said, I have a plan to turn his own selfish plan against him (looks to Ruby) ...and as long as I'm in Atlas, I might as well make contact with Doctor Polendina about the possibility of restoring and/or rebuilding his daughter, Penny (smiles at her partner's wide eyes) I've come into contact with him on occasion: I'm honestly surprised I never put two and two together about your little friend, though even if she can't be brought back, her father should know what a great friend his daughter had
Ruby: (gives a tear filled smile) I appreciate it (gives Weiss a hug) I'll miss you so much...
Weiss: (grunts at the contact) Hey, I never said you could... (rolls her eyes with a smile) Oh, who am I kidding? (returns the hug) I'll miss you too, you dolt

Yang: (groans) Ugh, anyone get the number of that...BLAKE! (sits up in a hurry, cringing almost immediately, having agitated some of her wounds, before growling) I don't have time to feel pain: I have to make sure that White Fang creep pays for hurting Blake!
Blake: (gives a weak chuckle) Beat you to it, I'm afraid (blushes lightly as Yang looks to her) Hey: so, uh, listen, about your arm... (grunts as Yang slaps her with her remaining arm) Wha...?
Yang: THAT'S for thinking I would trade your life for one of my limbs!
Blake: (sighs) Yeah, your sister how you might... (gets cut off by Yang grabbing her by the collar and planting a kiss on her lips)
Yang: (smiles) ...and THAT'S for coming back alive
Ruby: (snorts) As much as I'm going to enjoy teasing you two about this later, I... (gets cut off by Yang grabbing her to give her hug and a kiss on the forehead)
Yang: I love you, sis: NEVER forget that (smiles at an irritated looking Weiss) Let me guess: "No way I'm letting you kiss ME, you brute!"
Weiss: (scoffs) Took the words right out of my mouth (spreads her arms) I'm okay for a hug, though (gives her a quick embrace) Displays of affection aside, how're you feeling?
Yang: (sighs) Aside from some leftover fatigue from that power nap and some phantom pain located where my arm used to be, my throat's a little dry (nods to a pitcher of water in the corner) You mind giving me a hand? (gives an impish grin) Oh, and some water would be nice, too.
Blake: (shakes her head in amusement even as she gets the blonde brawler her drink) She's already cracking jokes: now we KNOW she's going to just fine (they all share a laugh)

Yang: (sighs) Give it to me straight, doc: how long are you going to keep me in observation or whatever? Also, when can I get something done about THIS? (waves her arm stub around)
Weiss: (clears her throat) I can probably convince General Ironwood to have something delivered to you in about a week or so: yet another reason to go along with Jacques' plans to go back to Atlas, at least for the moment...
Doctor (blinks upon realizing that Weiss Schnee is referring to her father by his first name): (shakes his head, deciding to ignore that for right now) Thank you, Miss Schnee; as to your initial question, Miss Xiao Long, we'll need to run some tests to make sure you're in proper health, but you shouldn't be stuck here for more then a few days at most, though I suggest you get plenty of rest until then (pauses when he doesn't hear a reply) Miss Xiao Long? (the only response he gets is Yang's snoring)
Ruby: (smirks) Well, you DID say she needed to get plenty of rest... (they all share a chuckle)
