A request by who wanted to see Neopolitan turn on Cinder and Emerald and turn them into her slaves! I guess in a way this is a pseudo-followup to "Neopolitan's Servant", but I decided for this to be mostly it's own thing. Plus, since right before I did another RWBY pic where the villains turn on eachother, I figured now was the time to try that with Cinder's group. Enjoy!After Torchwick's fall, Neopolitan became vengeful and angry with Cinder, blaming her plan for what happened to him. Deciding that this team needed a new leader, Neopolitan planned to take Cinder's place! She knew she couldn't take her in a real fight, given her level of power, but she figured that maybe could pacify Cinder instead. Upgrading her umbrella with a new function, hypnosis, Neo tested her new gear on Emerald to make her completely obedient to her, to which it was a great success! Neo then used Emerald to drug Cinder with a special toxin in her tea, to slow her down long enough for her to hypnotize Cinder with the umbrella. Now with both Cinder and Emerald reduced to being Neopolitan's pets, Neo has taken control of Cinder's team and anyone not willing to listen to her gets the same treatment!
