So I finally got around to doing something with the Spider-Lord concept (the "Spidersona" of my avatar) and I figured the first thing I should do with this version of the Hypno Lord is show him dealing with villains, in this case hypnotizing them to stop being villains!The tricky part was figuring out who was a good one to start with because I didn't want to use any of the big ones just yet and I decided my one rule with this universe where my ocs and spider-man characters are smashed together, was to avoid Legion characters for the villains (like Annie Matter for "Mr. Negative" would've been too easy)....so I used a Legion character for this one!
Okay, all joking aside, the rule is actually to use the less villainous characters in the usual stuff as the villains of the Spider-Lord stuff (hence Cat Nap being Venom as you saw in the wip pic), and since Ciara Burlesque is one of the few Legion characters who's not using her abilities for personal gain, I figured "why not?" and made her one of Spidey's less threatening villains, "White Rabbit". Enjoy!
