Personality: Julia tries to be a confident girl now that her parents are gone. She would still be timid whenever she sees a Tentacruel and even Tentacool. She keeps looking to the positive side of things by remembering all the good times she had in the Village of Dragons. Her anger can easily dissipate within 2 minutes and then turn into neutrality, unless somebody does something that Julia doesn't like.

Bio: Julia used to live in the Village of Dragons before she moved with her parents to the Sevii Islands at the age of 13. It wasn't something she wanted in the first place, but she had to accept it eventually. Because of her love for Dragon-types, she was nearly heartbroken to leave her Dragon pals. She didn't even get to take any Dragon-types with her, but there was worse to come. Recently, Julia and her parents went on a boat trip, and then a Tentacruel attacked the ship. She was lucky enough to have survived the attack. Her parents, however, were not as fortunate. To this day, Julia has been scared of Tentacruel, and now she's an orphan living by herself with no friends or family, that is until a Horsea found her. She would have to make the best of her life with that pokemon, and maybe she'll be off this island soon. If possible, she could return to the Village of Dragons.
