Taiki:
Taiki looks like he's taken a major change in his life. He looks as though sports have taken a back seat in his life (maybe all that passing out from overexertion finally caught up with him). I really like the outfit you've drawn for him and the hair that goes with it. It says a lot about what new way of life he's adopted three years into the future. And those are Taichi's goggles around his neck, right?
Yuu:
I absolutely love the direction you've taken with Yuu. He's always been that best-in-the-class type of character and the tie and vest combo really speaks this. But at the same time, I also like how you gave him the open shirt look to give him a casual look to reflect that he's still down to earth and hasn't become one of those snobby kids whom most straight-A students tend to be. I actually wanna buy this outfit for myself now. And the somewhat untidiness of his hair further reflects the casualness. Maybe Taiki had something to do with it? If they've been dating long enough, maybe...
Tagiru:
Well they say some people never change and in Tagiru's case, it he doesn't look like he's changed much. I suppose it's good to stick to what you know and Tagiru seems to be stuck, nailed, and riveted to what he knows and what he knows is how to idolize Taiki. However, the fact that he is not dressed similarly to Taiki in this picture would indicate that he's found his own path in life and walks that now. His face has matured greatly too.

Wow! honestly i didn't give this that much thought when i was drawing this to be honest. I just drew what i thought each boy would look good in but your analysis makes sense. I wanted to keep the color schemes the same and not change their wardrobe too much, but also give them completely new looks too. (to be honest, Taiki's wardrobe is modeled after my style.) i also have another design for Yuu without the vest, tie, and collared shirt.
