Description

Name: Isabelle (ECHO FIGHTER)

Universe: Animal Crossing

Entrance: A miniature version of the town hall from Animal Crossing New Leaf is seen onstage. Isabelle exits the door and smiles as the town hall disappears just like Villager’s entrance, and Isabella gets ready to fight.

ECHO FIGHTER--------------------------------------------

Isabella is an echo fighter of the Villager. Isabelle’s animations for specials and standards are slightly different and have different visuals and references to Animal Crossing New Leaf.

Specials------------------------------

B- Pocket- The only special with no difference, Isabelle grabs a nearby projectile or item, and stows it away. Using the move again will release the projectile or item with greatly increased damage and knockback, acting as a delayed reflector. Grants Isabelle brief invincibility during the first few frames. Items and projectiles will stay in her pocket for 30 seconds before disappearing, however items that can be held can be taken out of her pocket and then put back in to refresh the 30 second timer.

Side B- Public Works Lloid- Isabelle launches the construction foreman Lloid forward as a projectile. Unlike Villager’s Lloid, Isabelle’s Lloid starts out very slow but as it remains in the air it will pick up speed and deal more DMG and knockback the further it travels. (Customs will also change the hat on Lloid to a Lily Flower from Tortimer’s Island, or a sleeping cap from the Dream World).

Up B- Golden Balloon Flight- Isabelle dons a helmet with three golden balloons attached and takes to the sky! The golden balloons give Isabelle less recovery height and less recovery speed then Villager’s recovery special and will make Isabelle descend quicker if B is not continually pressed. However, Isabelle’s balloons can take more DMG than the Villager’s which allows her to stay in the air longer and give her the possibility of longer recovery.

Down B- Fruit Tree- A move of 3 different attacks in order, where Isabelle plants, waters, and chops down a tree, which hits opponents as it falls, even bouncing off near edges to lower areas. The tree itself is extremely powerful, even as it grows. The axe can be swung during the chop stages regardless of distance from the tree, as long as Isabelle’s grown tree currently exists on the map. Her axe swinging attack is slightly slower than Villager’s but deals slightly more knockback. Isabelle’s fruit trees will drop 1-3 fruits after being destroyed which can heal anyone who eats them. The types of fruit tree is random with the fruits available being (in order of most health given back from eating); cherry, pear, apple, oranges, and perfect peaches.

Final Smash- Public Work Project- Isabelle performs a weed plucking animation to initiate the final smash (just like Villager) opponents caught in this attack are suspended slightly above the ground for a moment as the construction foreman Lloid appears beside Isabelle. Isabelle hands the Lloid a bag of bells and Isabelle and the Lloid begin work on a public works project! While the final smash is going you can see Isabelle, Lloid, the Able Sisters, Booker and Copper, and Digby will all be seen pitching in to complete the project! The public works project is built around the captured opponents. After a few moments and a string of DMG to captured opponents, the group finish building the project, a remodel of the default design to the Town Hall! After the Town Hall is completed, they cheer and take out confetti poppers. As they all pop the confetti poppers the Town Hall explodes in a burst of confetti and everyone looks shocked before vanishing. The explosion launches the trapped victim (and any other opponents close enough) and briefly knocks over Isabelle. The attack deals a total of 55% damage to trapped opponents. Other opponents who touch the house while it is being built will take 10% damage. Along with this, one other difference between Isabelle and Villager is that Isabelle cannot be attacked during the final smash like the Villager can, meaning the final smash cannot be canceled by other opponents.

Standard Moves---------------------------------------------

A – Isabelle takes out yellow boxing gloves and delivers horizontal swinging punches.

A Left/Right- Isabella swings an open white/red/green umbrella forward.

A Dash- Isabelle trips and drops a potted sunflower seed (from her office in New Leaf) which flies a short distance and shatters on the ground.

A Up- Isabelle takes out her note pad and swings it upward in a circular motion.

A Down- Isabelle pulls a large weed out of the ground which tosses opponents upward. Takes a second longer for her to pull the weed out then the Villager but deals more knockback.

Smash Left/Right- Party Popper- The only smash attack different than Villager’s, Isabelle takes out a party popper and pops it. This releases an explosion of confetti that deals fire DMG to opponent and sideways knockback.

Smash Up- Isabelle sets off an explosion of fireworks. This releases 6 quick fireworks upward.

Smash Down- Isabelle takes out a silver shovel and charges up before digging on both sides of her. This attack can burry opponents caught in it.

Aerial Neutral- Isabelle performs a cartwheel attack.

Aerial Forward- Isabelle fires a slingshot projectile forward.

Aerial Backward- Isabelle fires a slingshot projectile backwards.

Aerial Down- Isabelle swings at random 1, 2, or 3 bags of bells downward. The more bells the higher the DMG output (Isabelle attacks with bells instead of turnips).

Aerial Up- Isabelle swings at random 1, 2, or 3 bags of bells upward. The more bells the higher the DMG output (Isabelle attacks with bells instead of turnips).

Taunt/Result Screen---------------------------------------------------

Taunt 1 (Up) – Isabelle spins around then poses with her arms upward in a cute fashion (Flourish emotion).

Taunt 2 (Side) – Isabelle’s eyes widen as an exclamation point appears above her head with a doorbell sound effect (Surprise emotion).

Taunt 3 (Down) – Isabelle does a little dance from New Leaf called the Shrunk Funk Shuffle.

Defeat Pose- Isabelle claps humbly for the winner with one paw clapping against her clipboard.

Victory Pose 1- Isabelle sways back and forth with a large smile on her face as flowers and radiant energy flow off of her (Joy emotion).

Victory Pose 2- Isabelle blushes and rubs her head, she can’t handle the excitement of winning! (Bashful emotion).

Victory Pose 3- Isabelle shuffles in place with excitement before jumping for joy and posing while flowers seem to radiate off of her (Complete emotion).

Indeed you’re wrong on Isobel’s Moveset. She’s actually even a Full Fledged Fighter as opposed to an Echo Fighter.

...you know that this was made LONG before Isabelle was confirmed, right?

Ah..but does it really matter? Isabelle being in Smash is all that actually matters. Not how correct this was.

I am so pumped! It looks like she isn't an echo fighter though so I was wrong about that though

I was being skeptical about this cute looking secretary would be playable, but I was added it anyways; on the count I’m a fan of her.

Isabelle is stronger than Villager...

well here's hoping she doesn't become an axe murderer then, because otherwise, the damage will be done in doubles
