Well hello Maria! How are you today?!

This piece was suppose to be one of the ten pieces uploaded on October 29th for the Kickstarter promotion (Which, at this point, has seem to have flopped). There were all sorts of flubs about it, though, with several people not posting their pieces until a couple days later. The maker of this piece, *spiritto , had a lot going on and it had slipped her mind. She's not posted it yet, since there was no rush to post it if it wasn't going to be on the 29th, so I figured I'd post it up so people didn't miss it.

For the unknowing, this is Maria Salamov from the Snow story! In her profile (Which you can find a link to below), it said Maria was, well, a genius. To foster her intelligence, her parents encouraged her to take up things like engineering and computer science, on top of smaller studies like astronomy, aerospace engineering and particle physics. In addition, they converted a room in their house into a workshop of sorts, where Maria could tinker away, making various gadgets from what she could get her hands on.

Here we see her in said workshop, making some tweaks to her watch, which she had converted from a digital watch to a complete smartphone.

There are a few references in this piece too. To begin with the most obvious one, the large Reboot icon. You can have the fun of finding the others.
