Okay, this picture was a nighmare and a half. It started with me drawing Sofia (badly) and wanting to draw a big picture around it. It's an all out fight between the New Mutants and the Hellions. It's some kind of AU because this fight couldn't have happened. I gave Jay a communicator so it's like they're on some kind of real mission o_o

The perspective is pretty dreadful and I did a lousy job erasing. Blame the fact that I'm too poor to get more erasers >< My favorite part of the picture are probably the foreground with Nori, Cess, Laurie, and Brian. The rest is icky.

Characters are: (Top row) Jay/Icarus, Sofia/Wind Dancer, Sooraya/Dust, Julian/Hellion, (middle row) Santo/Rockslide, Josh/Elixir, David/Prodigy, Kevin/Wither, (foreground) Laurie/Wallflower, Brian/Tag, Noriko/Surge, and Cessily/Mercury.

Nothing against Josh, but I had to have someone logical to get beat up and he doesn't use his powers offensively like he could. I have NO CLUE what Sooraya is doing. I think Sofia is blowing her away, but Julian's trying to block it or something. I think he's channeling the Green Lantern instead of telekinesis. David looks silly and Kevin looks REALLY FUNKY.

Explaining the random colors around the characters: I felt like the picture was too empty. I remembered a friend from camp made up a story where her character could see the colors of peoples' auras. I kind of took that and gave colors to people. I TRIED to find all different colors, but I sued 3 blues T_T Oh wells. Brian's green for envy BTW.
