Why wasn't Miss Peregrine the villain in this movie? That would have made so much sense and would be much less complicated than what we got with the eyeball-eating hollows.

I honestly don’t know it’s what ever the author decided but the movie is way off from the series. There was a character they thought was her but turned out to be evil later in the series(I’m trying hard to not give out spoilers)
