Description
I almost like knew where to find herI turned corners, sought around lakes, walked along roads
And when I thought getting dispaired, I remembered looking forward
And there she was
I walked forward,without thinking
Her gentle smile called me
The more I walked, the warmer my skin felt
And slowly, everything that weighted my body, disappeared slowly into thin air
I fit my neck on her shoulder,and my arms around her,
so she wouldn't run away.
From there,she would never escape. I had found what I sought for.
And there ended my quest.
I pulled back to look her in the eyes, almost like regreteful
Thirsty of the waters that allowed me to dive in her eyes
For half a second, we contemplated each other's lips,and we knew.
We shared the same thought,I got closer,and we shared the same kiss.
In the darkness of the kiss, there was light,
and I felt like opening my eyes,but with them closed,I saw better.
I saw the comfort,and the light.
I saw love. I saw everything,and there was nothing else.
I saw everything I wanted to see...
...and nothing I didn't want to see.
