This guy here is Parsec,leader of the Avengers clan,among all secret clans Parsec's clan is the 2nd most powerful clan.
He's 19 years old,he uses the Power element to disable gravity in certain spots enabling him to choose where he wants gravity to be disabled. With this he creates an aura around the object he wants to lift and disables gravity around it,then he just has to move the focus spot of the gravity effect to move the object wherever he wants it to go.
In this drawing you can see him lifting some rocks and earth pieces and stuff.Though with his current experience and power he's able to lift up to 30.000 Kg of mass,or even rip a 300Kg rock apart.
