He gets adopted by a nice loving family.
Imagine his owners taking him for a walk at the same time Jim Dear and Darling are taking Lady, Tramp and their puppies for a walk and Lady seeing this other puppy with a resemblance to Tramp and giving her husband the side-eye while he sweats nervously.
