For the longest time, I've tried to draw the Blue Fairy from Pinocchio but haven't gotten it "right" so eventually I decided to make my own version of her, albeit heavily inspired by the original concept art by Disney.

that's very true! I love when artists give disney characters modern makeovers, but this one is modern without losing the original spirit of the design and I appreciate that.
