this is fore the pepeol who edit to ther watch list. I can say some are really stalkers.Afther my 5 page lose comic I wanted just to make a short comic on the computer see it that work out.
Thoug ther always some problems in progress I finist it. Conpair to my other computer drawing I coloured some out lines.
Where I got the idea? ... well in dutch (I am not sure if thay do it in other countrys) If you stare to long to someone and the person get annoyed you say fast what tala say in the right ballon. My brother yous it a lot so I wanted to yous that here.
And I wanted to yous 2 charitars that you don't see fast in a comic togher.
(I first draw it on paper, inked it and later coloured on the computer whit PSP 9)

I will start again:
Good to see some use of colour in your comics this time as people suggested before.
The effect on the eyes makes the lighting of the irises look especially good as well as the detail you've added to the backgrounds, it helps to fill up space instead of leaving it blank.
I want to suggest that you could smooth the edges of the characters but I am not familiar with PS9, I only know Photoshop has a pen tool that is used for inking.
What you could do is, before re-sizing the image after a scan, fill it in with colour and outline it while it's large, then when you re-size it will be a lot smoother.

the last thing you sad I did...mmm only the re-size don't got it smoot on psp or a other program. Normaly I take a print screen shot if I made somthing in PSP so it woudn't lose qwality. I wanted to see if this way worked too.

Yes, I meant those. Personally I think screenshotting would be better if it would make your full-colour, computer coloured comics have the same quality as your previous drawings.
But it's up to you if you consider the quality fine using the method you used with this one, I just see room for improvement on the 'jaggedness' of the edges.

to make somthing clear about the inking. I don't ink it on the computer but on paper. but what I can try to do is try to make the lines smaller. so its looks on the computer smoother.

I see, alright then. Since you use a better version of the program I used to use, you would know best what can be done. Maybe you could try outlining with the selection tool also.
