Excerpt: Will finally came up when Tyson needed to get going. "Hey Tiger! Howsit goin'?" Ever since Will found out that Tyson meant tiger in Japanese, he refused to ever call him Tyson again, just to tick him off. Tyson simply glanced over at him and said, "Hey." Will, stood there a little disappointed and sarcastically said, "OH, YOU'RE GOOD? I'm good too." They just stared at him until they understood what he meant.

The first day of school almost ALWAYS sucks. All you do is spend a half an hour sitting in each class period, listening to a bunch of teachers you don't even know tell you how hard this class is going to be. I mean, don't get me wrong, some teachers are pretty cool, like my English teacher last year… she was hilarious! And I had almost all my classes with my best friend Atolee, which was awesome! But most of the time, the first day sucks… most of the time. I'm Suki, Tsukiko Heartt to be exact, I'm the poetic, 'shy christian' girl of the school… and I'm here to tell you –- MY first day… well, you'll see.

I want to re-write this story so bad...it's...so bad XD
This character is actually why I chose my username, because she was the main character of my most important story...but it needs revising urgently

Summary: Charlotte is a young girl trying to rise up in her age group, and is worried about being left behind.

Excerpt: Sloshing in her dress, Charlotte made her way through the flower garden. She was furious; Kenneth had played a trick on her, saying that if she could jump over the lake without using her wings, he would make her the biggest batch of ice cream she had ever seen. He knew she loved ice cream more than anything. Its fluffy texture melting over her tongue, its sweet flavor filling her entire being. But he knew that she couldn't jump it without her wings, only the older members of the community could do that. So she was blinded by her desire, and jumped right into the lake. Now she was drenched, and it was all his fault. Being a youngling was hard. When she rounded a rose bush, she saw her reflection in a puddle, staring at herself. She looked at her tangled mess of dirty blonde hair, her ruined white dress, and her still purple eyes, and sighed. She and Kenneth had been the last of their group to 'grow up'. Everyone else's eyes were now a deep blue, signifying strength, wisdom, and age. She and Kenneth had the eyes of a youngling until recently. Now Kenneth's eyes were also a deep blue…and she was left alone. Yes, being a youngling was hard.
