Maria from Silent Hill 2. Taken and edited from a screenshot from the game when Maria and James meet for the first time in Rosewater Park.Maria is such a great character (In my opinion) because you never quite know who she is. Is she Maria? Or is she Mary in another body? Does James imagine her? Or is she real?
-The 'Born From a Wish' scenario from the Directors Cut Edition of SH2 suggests that even Maria herself does not know where she came from to get to Silent Hill, but she somehow remembers James from somewhere...-

I remember when i first saw her i was already suspicious....
I mean, get's killed and then spawns in the middle of a prison?
Though i always ask my self... she showed James where Laura went,

One of my favourite parts of the whole game was where Pyramid Head killed her outside the elevator. When that music starts up, Its so unsettling because its like James just lost Mary again o:
