Hi. I do think it is a pretty picture you've made.But I must tell you that you are breaking the rules by not asking permission first as this is not a stock picture. If you want to use one of my pictures that are not stock, I do allow that when asked and I would like to approve it first, since I myself could get in trouble with a photographer.

Ok sorryyyyyy i suppose that you have reason, but is no license reference and nothing in the comments normally we assume that are in commons creative license next time add the license no modifications option or make a comment like the others something like "ask if wanna use" or "can use if reply result " etc... once again sorry and deleting bye

You dont have to delete. But if you dont put explicit comments on the picture, that means its copy-righted. My work is mine, but I am happy to share it with others who could possibly take it further than I could. But I must be asked.
