No, you don't Because if you want to get there, you'll need discipline. Discipline WILL become obsession, eventually, because you will never quite look the desired way and your obsession will consume you and all your creativity. The end. No, seriously now - As someone who's gone through anorexia, sport-obsession and the like... (running 10 km every other day, lifting weights every day, gymnastics every day, controlling and noting down what I was eating EVERY FUCKING DAY) I'd advise you not to make that your goal.

Sigh. Sorry for my ramblings, I just.. I can identify, and that was how it started for me. ._. Just that my ideal wasn't the above, but something far more.. Well, impossible. Haha.
