I suppose we all like to think that, every now and again, about our close neighbors and relatives. And, to be fair, they likely think the same thing of us. So it balances out, really, I think. At least, I hope so.

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-09 10:42:14 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, lol.
I think that also.
Where I live, there are just a lot of judgmental people.
But, I'm sure there are in a lot of other places too.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-09 15:59:55 +0000 UTC]

Hee hee. Being judgmental is simply one of the practices society uses to keep everyone within its culture; those that don't quite fit in within the culture are therefore excluded or put in a demeaning level.

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-09 19:11:33 +0000 UTC]

Yep yep. lol
Very true.
Before, I would always get mad about someone getting judgmental. But now I just laugh or smile. lol
It seems like anywhere me and Nigel go, we clear out the room. Like when we go out to eat, it will be filled with people. Than a couple minutes after us sitting down, the people just start disappearing. XD
And if there are any people left they won't sit near us. lmao.

Ah, come on! Surely its not that bad! The photos I've seen of you and Nigel don't suggest you appear THAT dangerous! Sure, I can understand why some people may feel uncomfortable, but avoiding you two altogether is taking things a little too far!

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-10 07:45:17 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, lol, we try to be nice to people, but that's just how it is. XD
Sometimes he takes out all his piercings to see how many looks we get.
And I don't think they all are staring in a bad way (some yes) but some of them maybe just haven't seen and body with piercings and things like that, and they are just curious I guess.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-10 17:02:35 +0000 UTC]

I'm not all that familiar with those peircings that open holes in people's ears myself, or with peircings in general. I always catch myself wondering how much it must have initially hurt to have them put in, and the person's motivations to have peircings are in the first place.

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-11 03:10:36 +0000 UTC]

My ears didn't hurt too bad. My nose though...that was very painful. lol
That's all I have, but I want to get an anti-eyebrow piercing soon. XD
And tattoos. I have none yet.
Do you not have any piercings or tattoos?
That is what does not bug me at all, if someone looks at us and they are just curious about it.
It's mostly Nigel that gets all the looks too! His ears are 2 inches, so they are more visible.

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-11 03:22:43 +0000 UTC]

... anti-eyebrow piercing? How does one get one of those, by NOT having an eyebrow piercing? XD

No, I don't. My family is very iffy about boys and piercings. I could probably get a tattoo, provided its a small one and the shop has a good reputation. Still, it'd probably raise hell with the folks for a while. They're very definite on their opinions and don't hesitate to share/enforce them on their children.

I can imagine so. XD

XD It's under your eye..kind of, I'm terrible at explaining...lol
Aww yeah, mine doesn't like them very much, but they aren't going to kill me or hate me or anything like that. But, when my grandma saw how big Nigel's were, she took his own hat off of his head and beat him with it..XD!
Whenever I decide to get a tattoo, it has to be a clean shop with nice work! (and I will probably have to go out of town to do that)

I've been to all the places here where I live (when I was looking for a place to get my septum pierced) and only one placed looked clean to me. XD
They were too. But, the tattoos they do, I think are good, but they don't really have the kind of style that I want in my tattoos.lol.
We went in one place and asked if they do septum piercings and the guy looked like he was on drugs so we just left. lol!

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-12 03:57:16 +0000 UTC]

Definitely don't want to do it at any place sketchy. If its not handled properly, you could very well get gang green or whatever its called. No one can handle the smell, and the fact your body parts start falling off in the wounded area isn't fun either.

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-14 03:30:15 +0000 UTC]

Yeah that would be terrible.
There was a teacher at my high school who got bit by a spider.
She decided not to go to the hospital and just went to sleep, and she woke up with her foot all swollen, so she went after she saw that.
They had to amputate her leg, and than a little while after that happened she got gang green and she died...O_O

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-14 04:10:03 +0000 UTC]

Damn! I would have thought that the doctors gave her the right procautions to avoid gang green and death. What is this, the 19th century? I would have thought such idiotic deaths were a thing of the past.

School work for the rest of the week, but since its homecoming there's supposedly a comedy routine tonight, a carnival tomorrow, and something else on Thursday. And there's also the homecoming football game, though I don't watch football.

I have had a terrible headache for the last couple days.
But, it's finally gone!
The school I'm going to doesn't have dances. lol
I always see dresses I want, but don't have dances to wear them to..XD
I'm not really into football either.

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-22 16:38:08 +0000 UTC]

I'm sure he'll just LOVE getting a piece of clothing for the anniversary of his birth. Everyone needs another sweater vest to wear, after all. But hey, at least its useful if not actually appreciated. With winter approaching, he's going to need to be warm, and that sweater will keep out the chills. And he's a dog, so how can he tell the perceived quality of a present?

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-23 05:10:28 +0000 UTC]

I actually normally don't like dogs in clothes, but he was shivering the other day..so I thought a striped sweater would be good for him.
(oh, he is also getting some cookies!) lol

Nacho is three years old today! XD
Kelso will be eight years old on Christmas Eve.
My other little dog, Hyde, will be four in June. But I had to take him to a no-kill shelter.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-24 12:19:27 +0000 UTC]

Why did you bring him to a "no-kill" shelter? What is a no-kill shelter anyways?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

I-Love-Nigel In reply to The-Bloody-Bishop [2011-10-25 03:04:24 +0000 UTC]

It's one that doesn't kill any of there animals (unless they are in so much pain or almost dead of course).
Well, my stepdad doesn't like small dogs. And Hyde and Nacho weren't getting along. Hyde kept trying to start fights with him. One day I woke up and Hyde was gone, I asked my mom where he was and she told me she took him to the vet and they put him down. I cried forever..lol..but me and Nigel wanted to get out of the house so we took Nacho and our other dog Kelso for a walk. When we came back, Hyde was just laying there on the porch! XD
I was so happy I started crying again. I found out that she didn't really take him to the vet, she actually took him out to some people that live on a farm I guess, and they were supposed to put him down, but he escaped. He ran all the way back home!
But, I didn't want him to fight Nacho, and I knew that they would probably try to kill him again..so I decided it was best for him to go to. I tried finding him a home, but I couldn't. So the shelter was the only option.
But, he won't be in danger there.
That was long...lol

The-Bloody-Bishop In reply to I-Love-Nigel [2011-10-25 03:53:07 +0000 UTC]

Its not a happy ending, but its better than a tragedy, that's for sure. I'm just glad he's not dead! I'd probably cry a little too at the thought of it, because it reminds me of my dogs, who are starting to near their first (and likely last) decade in life.
