This one is the Fairy Queen of the Dark Court's eye.The black designs are tattoos that allow her to suck in other people's emotions, each tattoo represents a person she can control, however, to control the human--the human must choose to get the tattoo--with or without knowing that it will turn them into fey (fairies) of the Dark Court.
