I've added all the info I could remember/find to the description above.

The calendar in the upper right corner is Rainlendar [link] with a custom skin that I no longer have on my computer and I can't remember the name. But I think you can find it, or something similar, here on DA. The start orb is "steelOrb square for Windows 7" by "ap-graphik" [link] and it seems it's no longer available for download but there are lost of other nice start orbs you can use instead.
