Nice picture but it would be so much better if you didn't include the Starbucks given that's it's more of an American icon (even if they are on almost every London street)

when i visited London, I had never been to the US and Starbucks therefore seemed like a very English thing.
It does for most French people, and to me represented London at the time.
I didn't put those pictures together to put together what London means to most people and stereotypes, I put those pictures together to show what London means for me.

Out of curiousity, what's English about Starbucks given that it's a global brand born in the US? There's Starbucks in France.
Nevertheless, I understand that the picture is meant to show what London means to you but you would have been better a different picture in place of Starbucks.

there was 2 starbuckses in France when i lived there, none of which were in the city where i lived.
There's no such thing as "coffee on the go" in France like there is here.
And i'll repeat again, don't want to have to justify why i put the pictures i put. This is what London means to me and that's just it.
Feel free to make a montage of what it means to you and not include Sbucks. To me, Starbucks what such an english thing at the time, i thought the brand was english and it just seemed very representative of my trip as well.

For me too, you know. I've seen it first time also in London and I thought that it was british. It was 4 years ago and only one year ago I revealed that it's origin from US)
I'm from Moscow and now there are several Starbucks, but a lot of people don't know that it's american cafee chain.
