So, my PC broke and soon I'll get a replacement. In the meantime, I saved some files and I found this. I was planning to make a colored and cleaner version (plus variants) but, in the meantime, enjoy this sketch.

CHARACTER CHOISE: "So... we need a crazy girl, possibly young, possibily girlish and though, and that could be perfect to be seen with Fawful. Who can satisfy these requests?" (after watching a video about Nintendo scariest moments) "*SNAP* Mimi! She's even green like Fawful! And they bot love to update their style! SHE'S PERFECT!"
NAME CHOISE: Name: Mimi; Full name: Mimi, the Mime Queen. (yeah, I know what you're thinking, don't worry is all explained below). Since Harley name derive from a "mangling" of her real name into a carnival mask (Harleen Quinzel -> Harley Quinn) I had to work bot the criminal alias and the real name togheter. So... (see below)
ALIAS CHOISE: Real name: Mimina Quinn. So, a name that could be mangled in a feminine carnival mask name, outside from Harleen? Well, there is Mimina/Minima, that could be nicknamed in "Mimi". "*SNAP*, we could do a Gotham's Ecco thing!" When Ecco starts to wear Harley-esque clothes, she wears a black and white middleage jester... and she's silent. So, in this parody, Harley is a Mime. BUT... don't worry explanation incoming.
COSTUME CHOISE: Nothing to special, the only thing different is the fact she has a skirt and not a... "jumpsuit". Also, it's black and white, not red and black. This is partially caused by her being "the Mime Queen". I don't feel the need to draw a punk version, Mimi already have a similar clothing, so...
EXTRAS: So, if she's a Mime, why she's dressed as a Jester? Well... because she likes that costume more then the bland and unoriginal "Frenchie" look. Also, a Queen must stand out from her subjects so... it makes sense. But what about the fact that she's speaking? Well... I repeat: a Queen must stand out from her subjects. Also she's the Queen, normal rules doesn't apply to her. You don't like it? Welp, she doesn't care.

M: "I know, but I don't like black and white stipes. They're just not my style."
S: "Also... isn't a Mime supposed to be... mute?"
M: "I'M THE QUEEN! I SPEAK HOW MUCH I LIKE! GOT A PROBLEM WITH THAT, LITTLE BIRD!?"
