Who can say if I've been changed for the better, but,Because I knew you,
I have been changed for good.
I tried to draw something serious but this is what came out. I don't know how I feel about it.
This year, I want to start getting a portfolio together, or something, but I don't know how to start.

Oh, I find the colouring and the concept to be really beautiful!
I really like the colours you have chosen and how you painted with them- it's very smooth and light!
I like the little simple detailing with the eyelashes and that white thread on the puffy sleeve of the princess' dress as well!

I want to make a portfolio too! But I also don't know where to start. I suppose one would put together all of their greatest pieces, but seeing as I hate everything I write. . .

I liked the concept, two girls, a princess and a witch... And their faces are pretty adorable! But i think you lost the way after this... The body of the witch is very simple... Dont be offended, is just differente from the rest of drawing... Without any details you know?
And the body of the princess is almost invisible, you used the same colors in the background... this two things are almost one, and it makes the all drawing a little bit poor.
Seriously, if you give the zoom in their faces, the drawing will be fuckin amazing, but this background and this bodys are confusing.

I was hoping to give them a sort of ephemeral quality, but perhaps it was too overdone? Maybe I should have defined the visible parts of their bodies more, to make it more concrete? The witch's dress was supposed to be very simple, I was hoping to focus on their faces, but I guess it looked sloppy rather than whatever I was going for.
