i think it looks pretty good but with the teeth, you should probably thin out and make the ones between the fangs a bit smaller. her chest and stomach should be a bit bigger too.

but the shading and lighting, background and pose looks very well done.

yeah i dont like the teeth either but oh well lol
but i dont see anything wrong witht he chest, if i made it any bigger it would look like she's obese or something
besides i do belive that's what she looks like in her ref/any other picture of her.
