It's about... a lot of things, if you know Tarsem, he is pretty amazing visual director, and very artistic!
The main story takes place in 1920 in Los Angeles, at a hospital, where an stunt man and a little girl meet. He begins to tell her a story, but wont go on till she gets him morphine pills. Whenever he tells the story in the film, you see it played out, almost as if in the girls mind, it's a bit surreal, but really really beautiful.
Anyway, you should try to watch it, it has a great story, and the acting is amazing.
