Thank you! It's something that I have been thinking of. A lot of the appropriate character/magazine combos have already been done by other artists but I suppose that doesn't stop me from doing my own versions.

Absolutely, every artist has a different interpretation, even if an idea isn't exactly uncommon, it's the way you do it that will set you apart from the others.

I was wondering if I could contribute a piece with the same magazine name. You could make it a series of Diamant covers and if you wouldn't mind if I had a piece or two as a contribution. I had an idea with Poison Ivy but if you were already going to make this into a series with only X-men or Marvel characters I could change my idea.

I've been wanting to contribute or collaborate with you for a while I just didn't know how lol. This seems like something that doesn't require a huge game plan and more like something that you could go back to from time to time.

Sure, I would love to do a collaboration! The only thing is, Diamant was Emma's perfume line (named because she turns into diamond), so it was meant to be a perfume advert, not a magazine cover. I don't think it needs to be X-Men only either, so by all means, do something cool with Ivy.

So my idea on how to do this is such: either make your collaboration pieces alternate scents for the perfume line (like Diamant- Emeraude might be a good idea for Ivy  ), or we could do a magazine cover series together, but under a different name. 

I think this is a great idea. It's a no stress, fun project that has no deadlines or certain number of pieces to be made. If we do end up doing a magazine line then it will actually get me to start working on something I've thought about off and on a lot. I think I'm leaning more towards the magazine idea, it's got me kind of excited.

Yay excitement!  Oh I see, I was leaning towards a magazine cover too, but we could still do perfumes on the covers as well as outfits, etc... Whatever comes into your mind for any character. I was thinking of a perfume for Ivy, but on the side I was thinking of 'also featuring gardening tips' or something like that lol. I was also thinking of just numbering the editions instead of labeling the months. It could happen that we're both too busy for a specific month and miss it, although if you have an idea for a holiday it'll be cool to still theme it and have it submitted during the month or the beginning. Plus even if we both do a theme, it won't be awkward deciding who gets the month XD. I do apologize before hand when school stands in my way again .

What did you want to work on? Is it something you can incorporate into this?

Are there any restrictions? Is it female only or can we include men? What about kids (like from comics or from Stranger Things, nothing creeper or anything )? Is it strictly comics or absolutely anything? In any medium?

Most important question, what will be the name of our magazine line?

I'm excited to see your Ivy, it sounds like something cool is going to come from this idea. I think numbered editions is a way better idea than months. I seriously doubt either of us could keep up with the months for a terribly long time. I've already got a monthly project going with the Zodiac Faeries too. You had a very smart idea there. I like the idea that we won't be fighting over who gets a theme too. I could see October being a problem in that scenario. No worries about school, I have busy times too.  

Hmmm..... I'd say that I would probably end up mostly sticking with comic ladies, but I don't see why you could venture further out into the geek sphere. Have a dude or non-comic geek subject in mind? Go for it! Also, non-creeper kids are cool. I like Eleven, she's awesome. 

I don't currently have anyone specific in mind to do in my first issue, so I'll have to think on it. I'm so bad at naming things,  but I will try really hard to come up with suggestions for a magazine name. Maybe by the end of the weekend I can have some to send you.

Comic ladies won't be a problem, I only asked about different characters but I honestly only thought of one, so I guess whenever we have an idea for one that isn't a comic lady that could be a special edition. Also helps to narrow down ideas for our name. Is there like a cool word from celtic lore or others for sirens or other seductive women folklore? Or something to that extent.

Is there a character who you've never done before? Or maybe Wonder Woman is kind of in right now. Does Alex want more Kitty Pryde? XD
