Description
I tend to have more time to draw on weekends. So I took advantage of it.
Lugia is one of my favorite Pokémon (besides the Latis, of course), and I feel like he (or should I say it?) fits in pretty well with Latios, because they're both blue and white. I had never done a picture of him (I know Lugia's genderless, I just think of Lugia as a male), so I decided to do one here.
Alright, now time for the same classic background story I always write.
While Latios was flying above Hoenn one night, he took a wrong turn, and suddenly found himself in the skies of Johto. He soon ran into a strange dragon-looking flying Pokémon as well. The two looked at each other with much interest for many minutes while the stars shined around them.
